What is Mile High Exchangors (MHE)?
Mile High Exchangors is a not-for-profit organization under Section 501(c) that serves as a professional hub for real estate brokers, agents, and affiliate service providers to market properties creatively, share opportunities, and educate members.
Who can join MHE?

Members must be actively licensed real estate brokers or agents in good standing.

Affiliates/Sponsors include lenders, title companies, 1031 intermediaries, attorneys, and others who support the industry but are not licensed brokers/agents.

How much are the annual dues?
Annual dues are $150 unless changed by the Board of Directors.

Meetings & Events
When are meetings held?
Marketing meetings are held regularly—preferably weekly—and may be virtual or in person. An annual state meeting is held in the fall, with additional meetings as scheduled by the Board.
Can members attend board meetings?
Yes, any member in good standing may attend board meetings. However, participation requires invitation and majority board approval.
Sponsorship & Affiliates
What is the difference between an Affiliate and a sponsor?

Affiliates are service providers who may participate in meetings and committees.​

Sponsors support the organization financially and receive promotional benefits in return. Details may vary depending on the current sponsorship structure.
Can members attend board meetings?
Yes, any member in good standing may attend board meetings. However, participation requires invitation and majority board approval.
Can affiliates hold officer positions?
Affiliates can hold the positions of Secretary or Treasurer but may not serve as President or Vice-President.

Who runs the organization?

Officers are elected annually by the Board of Directors, with nominations gathered by a committee and finalized each October.

Can the bylaws be changed?
Yes, amendments may be proposed by the Board and must be approved by a majority of voting members with 14 days' notice.
